Most trucks start booking their calendars in January and are 80% booked by March. A minimum of 2 weeks is recommended.
Most food trucks have a minimum sales requirement for corporate and private catering and are always happy to work with you to meet you budgetary needs. Not all events require their minimums and can be discussed on individual needs. Most trucks do charge an out-of-town travel fee.
There are some restrictions to where food trucks are allowed to park. They do require level, solid (no mucky) surfaces with at least 20ft of clearance and spacing of between 20-40ft in length.
